1. Promoter
The promoter is SEA LIFE TRUST LIMITED, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 10833916 whose registered office is at Arbor Building, 16th Floor, 255 Blackfriars Road, London, England, SE1 9AX (“Sea Life Trust”)
2. The Prizes
There are two separate prizes available in the Ultimate Cornwall Getaway Prize Draw:
Package A includes:

- Pizza & Beer Voucher for Two from Verdant Brewing
- £40 food voucher for Fraser’s

- Family ticket to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary
Package B includes:
- 3-night stay at St Ives Bay Beach Resort with Away Resorts
- Cream Tea for Two at The Greenbank Hotel
- £40 food voucher for Harbour Lights Fish & Chips
- Lunch for Two at The Beach Hut, Watergate Bay
- Group surf lesson for two with Wave Hunters

There will be one winner for Package A and one winner for Package B.
3. Prize-specific validity and restrictions
Each element of each prize package is subject to its own validity period, redemption requirements and restrictions. Winners are responsible for checking availability and any booking requirements with the relevant prize provider. The individual elements of a package may have different redemption dates and do not need to be redeemed on the same date unless otherwise stated.
Package A
Kosel Treehouses – One-Night Stay
Enjoy a one-night stay at Kosel Treehouses in Daskor, available between 19 October 2026 and 31 March 2027. Daskor sleeps up to five guests and is dog-friendly, with a bath on the deck.
The winner will arrange their stay directly with Kosel Treehouses. The winner’s relevant contact details will be shared with Kosel Treehouses solely for the purpose of arranging and providing the prize and will not be used for any other purpose. Kosel Treehouses will be asked to delete the winner’s contact details once the prize has been provided.
The Falmouth Hotel – Cream Tea for Two
Voucher valid until 11 March 2027. Non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher must be used in full during one visit. Restricted dates apply, including Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day and other promotional periods. Please check with the restaurant before booking.
Verdant Brewing (Verdant Taproom Penryn) – Pizza & Beer for Two
Voucher valid until 1 October 2027 and includes 2 pizzas and 2 pints. The voucher can only be redeemed at Verdant Taproom Penryn and can be used once only. It cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Fraser’s – £40 Food Voucher
Valid from 7 August 2026 to 7 August 2027. No restrictions apply. The voucher can be used in either the takeaway or restaurant, with no minimum spend.
St Eval – Candle Gift Set
A physical gift set including Sea Mist Tealights and a Sea Moss & Driftwood Fragranced Tin Candle. The prize can be collected from the Cornish Seal Sanctuary or posted on request.

The Cornish Company – £20 Voucher
No expiry date applies. The voucher is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
Cornish Seal Sanctuary – Family of 4 Ticket
The Family of 4 ticket is valid for 2 adults and 2 children, or 1 adult and 3 children. Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
To claim your ticket, email seals@sealifetrust.com with your name, postal address, and the prize draw package you won so we can arrange to post the ticket to you.
Package B
Away Resorts – 3-Night Hot Tub Stay at St Ives Bay Beach Resort
A 3-night off-peak stay at St Ives Bay Beach Resort, including a hot tub, subject to availability and Away Resorts’ booking restrictions and terms and conditions.
The prize must be booked and taken within the validity period specified by Away Resorts. Excluded dates and other booking restrictions may apply. The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
The full Away Resorts prize terms and conditions are set out in Appendix 1 at the end of these Terms and Conditions and form part of the conditions of this prize.
The Greenbank Hotel – Cream Tea for Two
Voucher valid until 11 March 2027. The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It must be used in full during a single visit.
Restricted dates apply, including Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day and other promotional periods. Please check with the restaurant before booking.
Wave Hunters – Group Surf Lesson for Two
Voucher valid until October 2027. The winner should contact Wave Hunters directly to arrange the lesson using the contact details provided on the voucher.
Padstow Sealife Safaris – 1-Hour Seal Safari for Two Adults and Two Children
Off-peak voucher valid until 30 December 2027. Not valid during school holidays, bank holidays, July or August. The winner should contact Padstow Sealife Safaris directly to book using the contact details provided on the voucher.
Fal River – 2 × Family Fal Mussel Card 1-Day Visitor Passes
Two separate Family Fal Mussel Card Visitor passes, each providing one day of unlimited travel on selected ferry, train and bus services.
The passes are valid until 28 July 2027 and must be redeemed at a Fal River ticket office before travel. Individual services and routes are subject to the relevant operators’ timetables and availability.
The Beach Hut, Watergate Bay – Lunch for Two
Voucher valid until 22 July 2028 and should be provided when booking.
The voucher can be collected from the Cornish Seal Sanctuary or posted to the winner. To arrange postage, please email seals@sealifetrust.com.
Harbour Lights Fish & Chips – £40 Food Voucher
Voucher valid until 4 August 2027. The voucher can be used in either the takeaway or restaurant, with no minimum spend.
Cornish Seal Sanctuary – Family of 4 Ticket
The Family of 4 Ticket is valid for 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children.
Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

4. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of SEA LIFE TRUST, Merlin Entertainments and any companies directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Residents of Northern Ireland are not eligible to enter.
By entering, participants confirm that they are eligible to enter and claim a prize. The Promoter may require evidence of eligibility.
5. Opening and closing dates
The prize draw will open on 19 October 2026 GMT 9:00 am and close on 22 November 2026 GMT 5:00 pm.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
6. How to enter
Online entries will be made through the Ultimate Cornwall Getaway Prize Draw campaign hosted on GalaBid at https://galabid.com/cornishsealsanctuary.
You can enter the Prize Draw without buying an entry, by sending a postal entry.
A free postal entry has exactly the same chance of winning as a paid entry.
Participants may choose to enter the draw for any which comprise of Package A or Package B with each entry. A separate entry is required for each package.
Entry prices and any multiple-entry options will be clearly displayed on the GalaBid campaign page.
To enter by post, send a letter or postcard by ordinary first-class or second-class post (correctly stamped, with no special delivery arrangements) to: Cornish Seal Sanctuary, Gweek, Helston, Cornwall, TR12 6UG, United Kingdom. Your entry must include:
- your full name;
- your postal address;
- your email address, which is required for the administration of the Prize Draw, including registering your postal entry in Galabid and contacting you if you win;
- your telephone number;
- your date of birth, to confirm that you are aged 18 or over; and
- the name of the Prize Draw you wish to enter (Package A or Package B).
Each postal entry counts as one entry. You may send one postal entry per envelope up to 100 postal entries for each Prize Draw, which is the same as the maximum number of paid entries per person.
Postal entries must be received by 5pm GMT on 22 November 2026, as shown on the Prize Draw page.
We will enter every valid postal entry into the same draw as paid entries, on the same basis. We will not charge for a postal entry, for checking whether you have won, or for claiming a prize, apart from normal delivery or usage costs set out in the prize description.
We will not accept postal entries that are illegible, incomplete or sent by bulk or automated means. We will not accept proof of posting as proof of receipt. We are not responsible for entries lost or delayed in the post.
7. Entry limits
Participants may enter up to 100 entries per person for each prize package.
Automated entries, entries made by third parties or entries submitted using fraudulent means will not be accepted.
8. Winner selection
One winner will be selected separately for Package A and one winner separately for Package B.
The winners will be selected at random using GalaBid's computerised raffle system from all eligible entries received before the relevant closing date.
The draw will take place on 27 November 2026 at 11:00 am GMT.
9. Winner notification and claiming the prize
Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering.
The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of notification.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact each winner. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not claim their prize within the stated period, is found to be ineligible or cannot comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select another eligible winner at random.
10. Prize conditions
Acceptance and use of any prize is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant prize provider. Winners are responsible for complying with those terms.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter and relevant prize provider.
Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner. This includes, where applicable, travel to and from Cornwall, additional accommodation, meals and other personal expenses.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a winner is unable to use any element of the prize within its applicable validity period.
If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make a prize unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value where appropriate.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached or that fraudulent or unfair means have been used.
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
The Promoter's decision in relation to the administration of the prize draw and selection of the winners is final.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any prize element provided by a third party, including any cancellation, delay, restriction or unavailability affecting that prize element. Except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all costs associated with claiming or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
The Promoter is responsible for conducting the prize draw and supplying any prize elements that it directly provides. Prize elements supplied by third-party providers are subject to the terms, conditions and operational requirements of those providers.
12. Winner information and publicity
Where required by applicable law, limited information about the winners may be made available following the conclusion of the prize draw.
Any additional publicity involving a winner will be subject to appropriate consent.
13. Data protection
Personal information provided in connection with the prize draw will be processed in accordance with SEA LIFE TRUST's Privacy Policy: Privacy policy.
Personal data will be used as necessary to administer the prize draw, process entries, contact winners and arrange fulfilment of the prizes.
Where it is necessary to provide a winner's contact details to a third-party prize provider in order to arrange redemption, this will be explained to the winner before their details are shared.
14. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or the Prize Draw, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim. If you live in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. Nothing in this clause 14 removes any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under the law of the part of Great Britain where you live.
