Work Experience/Volunteers

Secret Creek Volunteers

The Cornish Seal Sanctuary has a very new exciting project taking place in the large woodland area on site. This habitat is now home to three beaver kits, Twiggy, Barbara and Norbert. The Secret Creek project will mainly focus on research including monitoring water pollution, biodiversity counts, the impact of beaver dams, landscape change and public perception on beaver rewilding. In order for this vital research to be carried out we need help keeping an eye on these busy beavers and the dramatic changes they are already making down at the Secret Creek!
