Uniformed Groups - Girl Guides, Scouts etc

Our Marine World Workshops are tailored to individual Key Stage groups, designed to teach students about habitats, species and wider environmental issues in a fun, interactive and inspiring way. 

 

Come to the sanctuary where our education team will provide your group with a curriculum-linked workshop and an interactive guided tour of the sanctuary where you will get to meet the residents and learn about the important work we do from rescue to rehabilitation. 

 

Our education packages are fully open to customisation and adaptation. We can accommodate specialised and individual requirements on request to ensure children of all learning abilities are able to take part and get involved.

An example day: 

10:00 Meet and greet at reception

10:15 - 11:15 Guided tour of the site

11:30 - 12:30 Workshop of choice

12:30 Lunch (can be provided on request)

Unlimited access to the sanctuary for the rest of the day.

 

Arrival times available: 10:00 or 14:00 

 

Cost: £10 per child (Includes one-off entry to the sanctuary)

Optional: Lunch £3.00 per child
